How do I book an appointment?
You can book online 24 hours a day through the Square booking link on the website. Select your service, choose your preferred time, and you are confirmed. Melaena will follow up with any preparation instructions before your appointment.
Do I need a consultation before my first treatment?
New clients are encouraged to start with the New Client Facial which includes a full skin assessment and consultation. For certain advanced treatments including chemical peels, the New Client Facial is required before booking.
How much do treatments cost at My Spa Day?
The New Client Facial and Signature Maintenance Facial are $90 each. Advanced treatments including microneedling, chemical peels, nano infusion, and microdermabrasion are $110 per session. The Skin Renewal Facial is $130. Treatment series of three sessions are available for $300 each. Add-ons start at $30.
How many sessions will I need?
For general skin maintenance one session per month is ideal. For corrective goals like acne, scarring, pigmentation, or aging a series of three sessions is recommended. Melaena will give you a personalized recommendation based on your skin assessment.
Is microneedling painful?
Most clients describe microneedling as a mild to moderate sensation. Topical numbing is not always required and downtime is minimal with redness lasting 24 to 72 hours. Every session is adjusted to your comfort level.
Are treatments safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. The Calm and Correct Nano Infusion and the Microdermabrasion Skin Reset are both excellent options for sensitive skin. Melaena assesses every client's skin before selecting the appropriate treatment and intensity.
